Missing psc 2175 drivers on Windows 7

I am trying to install a hp psc 2175 all-in-one printer on my Windows 7 computer. When I plug up the printer windows detects the printer an installs the icon but I can see that it did not install the psc 2175 drivers. HP doc states the print drivers are in the win 7 OS. If I check the the printers list in win 7 I cannot not find the drivers. The csan feature works but the printer is not listed when I try to print from word.

In Windows 7, go to Devices and Printers. Click on Add a Printer, Local Printer, Existing Connection and Next.  See the Printer Update button beside Have Disk.

Click on Printer Update and wait a while (some minutes). When done, cancel out and restart the computer.

Now try again to install the printer.

I have the HP PSC 2170 series in my list of Windows 7 Printer Drivers.
