HI, Any expert can give me some suggestions ? I suddenly found my mp3 players can not emit any sound no matter what kind of players I use. One of the mp3 player is Windows Media Player. The sound signal can be seen on its control panel when I run the mp3 file with mp3 players. I confirmed the speaker is good and it can speak, but it can not have any voice when i played the mp3 file with Windows Media Player or other MP3 players. Thank you.

Did you check:
- Volume Icon on the lower right to see if the Slider is down or Muted?
- Device Manager to see if there is a problem with the Sound Card drivers, or Disabled?
- The BIOS to see if it got Disabled there?
- The Speaker settings, to see if the correct speakers are selected?
