Hello Experts! I’m currently looking for your recommendation on the best hosted eFax solution as per requirements listed below for a department.

Some of the requirements are:
Month-to-month contract
Net 30 billing (we don’t want this billed to a staff credit card)
Individual web login or restriction so each efax users only sees faxes tied to their number
Admin global login (bonus)
Alerts/notifications when the service has a problem
US based telephone and email support
Integration to Outlook 2010 (send and receive faxes)
Faxes received as PDF.
I’m opened to other requirements
Statistics on their guarantee and current uptime

I have used efax.com.  Does the corporate version do invoicing or let you pay via check for x months? http://www.efax.com/products/corporate-fax-solutions
