asa 5510 debug in gui

i have to see if traffic from my inside network is leaving an interface labeled MPLS. i know there is a debug command out there ( don't know what the command is ) to help me figure it out. Is there a gui way to find out what is going on?

Never mind i found it, in ASDM go to tools packet tracer
