I have a strange issue. I have  15 users who if they logout  out of outlook  then log back  in get a disconnected  error in outlook 2010.  The users are all configured via outlook anywhere internally .  webmail.xxx.com When i look at proxy setting in outlook 2010  I see  remote.xxx.com  instead of out webmail.xxxx.com. I change the setting back and all is well.
also the shared mailboxes do not   seem to update on these mailboxes.
any help would be a great help

Regarding shared folder error, you could try unchecking the option Download Shared Folders which will disable cached mode for shared folders.
