Internet lose voice

Hi, Any expert can give me some suggestions ? I am using PC with Windows 7. I suddenly found my internet lose voice. and CNN and CBS web sites etc lose voice when I watch its video. And my mp3 players in my PC can not emit any sound no matter what kind of players I use. One of the mp3 player is Windows Media Player. The sound signal can be seen on its control panel when I run the mp3 file with mp3 players. I confirmed the speaker is good and it can speak, but it can not have any voice when i played the mp3 file with Windows Media Player or other MP3 players in my PC. Thank you.

What codecs have you installed?

Install K-Lite Codec Pack (basic) and see if fixes the problem.

Hi, Thank you so much. It works out.

When i tried to do that, i just found only one time point that i could choose. so it is successful.

I did this kind of thing months ago, but the problem was that there was no time point for me to choose to restore it. Can i set the Windows system which can automatically set time point once a day ? Thank you

You could create a system restore point every 2-3 days (or a week) (or after installing a bunch of programs) manually. That's how I do it, just to be sure always.
