I need to register staright to my PBX as I do in my Samsung Android and iPhone, they both uses 3cx client but it is not aviable to Windows phone. My PBX runs 3cx server.

Try Zoiper, i'm using it for 3CX on iPhone and there's a version for Windows phone as well. it's free and better than 3CX client on iPhone as well.<br />

The windows 8 phone edition is beta and in order to get it you should first fill a form and then later on u'll receive an e-mail from Zoiper with a link to download the beta version. <br />
