Out of Office Server Unavailable

I have one Exchange 2007 Server.  I recently upgraded all clients to Office 2013.  Ever since the upgrade when users use Out of Office via Outlook 2013 it says Server Unavailable.

OWA Out of Office works perfectly.

What could this be?

Does Exchange 2007 is updated with SP3 and latest update rollups? If not, please update them and check out of office.
