Hello all,

We have a Citrix Secure Gateway 5.3 with a white color scheme.
Now adding another website this white color scheme is not showing or partly after some adjustments.

How can we get the full white color scheme in this new website?

Thanks in advanced.

Secure gateway doesn't have a color scheme.. it is purely a service.  Now, your Web Interface servers could have a white theme.  By default, they have the Carbon theme.  However, it is not very difficult to apply the White Pearl theme to your new Citrix sites.

Follow the directions on this slideshow (from BriForum 2010), and Sam Jacobs goes into good detail on how to do this.

Thanks Coralon,

We wil look into the link you send.

Strange thing is that our current Web Interface site has a White Pearl theme but our new site we cannot get this White Pearl theme applied.

Well, out of the box, it has Carbon.. so someone had to go in and install the White Pearl.  What happens when you try to put the WP in place?  Are you deleting cached files on the client also?

If you use NetScaler you will want to see these guides. The NetScaler How To Guides show administrators how to get NetScaler up and configured by providing instructions for common scenarios and some not so common ones.

It is webinterface 5.3 and we have one site running in white mode. We have created an extra site and that is running in Carbon. I thought if you have one site running white all new sites will also run in white. What is going wrong?

Each web interface site is deployed using a builtin theme, not a customized one already in use at a site.
You are doing nothing wrong. That is by design.
If you really want to customize the Web Interface looks I highly recommend taking a look at TechStur.com. This is all they do all day long. Yes, costs money BUT this is the best you can get.
They have a free "Green Bubble" theme that makes your WI look like StoreFront.
By the way make sure you understand the Web Interface is officially dead by Citrix and no more releases will see the light of the day.
Everything is moving towards StoreFront and soon you will be running a completely unsupported platform.

Your themes have to be applied on a per-site basis.. each subdirectory under \inetpub\wwwroot\citrix is a separate website.  Just adding that theme should work perfectly.

As Claudio points out, WI is EOL.. it will still be supported through 2015, there won't be any updates (other than security) .

StoreFront is still not as functional as WI, but they are working on it, and SF2.1 is much easier than 1.x, and is reasonably close to WI 5.4.

Claudio & I both provided solid workable answers. My belief is that we should split the points..
