Color scheme Citrix Secure Gateway 5.3

Hello all,

We have a Citrix Secure Gateway 5.3 with a white color scheme.
Now adding another website this white color scheme is not showing or partly after some adjustments.

How can we get the full white color scheme in this new website?

Secure gateway doesn't have a color scheme.. it is purely a service. Now, your Web Interface servers could have a white theme. By default, they have the Carbon theme. However, it is not very difficult to apply the White Pearl theme to your new Citrix sites.

Follow the directions on this slideshow (from BriForum 2010), and Sam Jacobs goes into good detail on how to do this.

We wil look into the link you send.

Strange thing is that our current Web Interface site has a White Pearl theme but our new site we cannot get this White Pearl theme applied.

Well, out of the box, it has Carbon.. so someone had to go in and install the White Pearl. What happens when you try to put the WP in place? Are you deleting cached files on the client also?

It is webinterface 5.3 and we have one site running in white mode. We have created an extra site and that is running in Carbon. I thought if you have one site running white all new sites will also run in white. What is going wrong?
