NTP Problem

Hello I have a problem with NTP time sync
Here si the configuration :
 1Some server have wrong PDC IP ???
My PDC is a WS2003 with IP 0.11 and RAS IP 0.91
How to diagnose why they took the wrong ip ?

Check the DNS first, then might Flash the arp cache. Might be, there is a wrong entry inside.

the DNS on each server that have wrong information ? or in the server from I execute the query ?
