Is there a way to allow a form field to accept Arabic?

I think it is tied to the windows regional settings because different languages use different code pages.  Are you saying you want to enter Arabic into one form field but use English for the others?  In that case you could try using a different Font.  You would also have to change the fill order for that field because Arabic is a right-to-left language.  The ReadingOrder property MIGHT control that.  Let us know if it works.
