Control iOS devices from iOS update using Apple MDM (profile manager)

Hi

Is it possible to restrict or control iOS devices from iOS update(iOS7) using Apple configuration profile (MDM) ?

Or

Is it possible to define that particulate time for the iOS update has to be updated in iOS devices using Apple configuration profile (MDM) ?

Unfortunately not. (The last time I tried was 6 months ago)
You might have to use a 3rd party MDM tool to do this. I know it doesn't make sense especially since us IT folks want to test the updates on our own!!
