Disabling IE in Server 2008-R2

I have a terminal server and users access IE all the time; I need to disable it can someone help?

Hi,

Its easy simple change security/rihts on file iexplore.exe addministrator - full rights and other users or groups you have there chose dont allow an everything in security tab.

The problem is that the boxes for remove groups or if you try to change permissions for the iexplorer file it does not let you is grayed out

I took ownership of the file and was able to remove the "users group" from security. I'm fine now, thanks for your help.
