FORMULA & TEXT - FORMATTING

Hi,

I was deisplaying a formula as a %, when i added text, it no longer displays a a %

was

=b8/b15

now

=B8/B15 & " of Grand Total"

How can i add text, but keep my & formatting

so i will arrive at

53% of Grand Total
