HP Smart Array P212 card

I´m trying to install HP Smart Array P212 on my server (not HP). the initiallization of the card appears on boot screen. But on windows server 2012 no card is available for configuration.
What I´m doing wrong ?

You will need to download the driver for the card from the HP website most likely

The problem is that,  i can´t install the driver because the card is not present on server 2012.
