USB Device not showing up after driver update

After updating my drivers using Driver Genius,  I am getting the sound that the computer makes when a USB device is connected about every minute but the USB 3 devices are not showing up.

I have checked that the USB 3 board is seated and reconnected all of the devices. I have a SIGG USB3 Hub that is not being seen.

dod a system restore to the date driver genius was not installed
quick and easy fix!
