Maibox move from Hybrid to Office 365 takes over 24 hours for large mailbox 2Gb

Hello,
Maibox move from Hybrid to Office 365 takes over 24 hours for large mailboxes (2Gb). I only migrate 2 or 3 mailboxes at a time and it takes forever. It happens every time you try to migrate mailbox over 2GB. Please help to identify what is the issue. We dont have any load balancer in place. The connection from Hybrid goes straight to the Office 365.

Your first post illustrates ~200kbps upload bandwidth( the kbps capitalisation is correct)
What speedtest.net and netalyzr.icsi.berkeley.edu say about your connectivity?

gheist

1) ask them to save you to move your mailboxes to closest DC to you to help your migration (and not pull the switches all the time)
2) Migrate in reasonable batches (say 500MB at the time) so the loss on retry is not so fatal...
