Hi experts

I have an issue where the softphone im using should pop a window up when a call comes in, it does this but the window stays hidden behind my browser, is there a setting in windows 8 so the new window comes to the front?

You could try going to Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/General/Tabs and select Always Switch to new tabs when created and also select under when a popup is encountered to always open in a new tab.
You need to do a restart for the changes to take place.
