how do you configure SNMP on windows 2008 r2

I'm testing SolarWinds tool kit and one of the test uses SNMP. I've never set it up before so I need step-by-step instructions.

There are a few initial steps to get SNMP up and running. Below is a link with step by step instructions to get the up and running. It also illustrates SNMP architecture and also screenshots for each of the initial steps.
