Hello,

Mailbox moves to Office 365 take more than 24 hours.
Here is our speed that I have from running speedtest.
Ping - 28 ms
Download speed 3.68 Mbps

Upload Speed 1.60 Mbps
Please advice what minimum speed should we have to be able to migrate large mailboxes over 2GB. Thank you

There are several different types of throttling with Office 365. Make sure that you have configured them accordingly...

Checked. MRS proxy connectiontions is set to default 100. Still very slow moves and only able to migrate 2 mialboxes at one time. Takes 15 hours to migrate one mailbox 2gb
