   How can I install breeze intellisense for VS 2013.

NuGet should have taken care of everything for you, but perhaps it's broken in 2013. Under your "Scripts" folder, check the "_reference.js" file for an entry pointing to breeeze.

e.g.

Screenshot
Make sure that reference is a comment like you see in the screenshot.

P.S.

I realize my screenshot is for 2012, but I don't think this would have changed for 2013.
