my hyper-v does not boot and stays "configuring devices"

Hello I had a physical machine running windows 2008 R2, and inside a Windows 2012 with an exchange 2013.

This physical 2008 R2 has died and I took advantage to install windows 2012 R2,

Everything looks fine, but the Virtual machine with windows 2012 and exchange 2013, when I try to boot stays "configuring devices"

Any idea.
