All,
I need an App that can read the computer codes for a 2005 Honda Civic EX. Does such an App exist?

Probably not since you have to connect to the diagnostic port to do that.  This search brings up a lot of them starting from $26 along with articles:  https://www.google.com/search?q=computer+car+codes+reader

Even if such an app existed it would probably cost you more than the divices listed in the above link to connect your phone to the diagnostic port.

You can also go to some auto parts stores and they will read the codes for you for free.
I know AutoZone does that and there are probably others.
