Use Azure MS RDP to access application

My Customer have a finance application called Afas Profit. Now it's running on a SBS2003 server with SQL 2005. Disk space of the SQL data is 500Mb.

We're looking for a hosted solution so that about 8 concurrent use can login true RDP to this server and use the application. Nothing else needs to be installed on the server. There Windows and Mac users that are using RDP. I'm thinking to use Microsoft Azure.

1.	Is it possible to use Azure for this purpose? (use it as RDP server)
2.	Are there any alternative you can advise me?
3.	Other advise is welcome

You can use an Azure VM as an RDS server, but like a local RDS server, you mist license it correctly. For Azure that means finding a SPLA reseller and buying RDS SALs (a SAL is the SPLA equivalent of a local CAL). It won't be cheap.
