How to setup Windows 2011 on Poweredge2950

I have bought a second hand Dell Poweredge 2950 Gen 2 with 8 gb, a Perc 6/1 and 6 Sas drives (146 Gb). I want to install Windows SBS 2011 64 and create a Raid 10. The server came however without additional software.

I understand that before I can run the 2011 Setup I first must prepare my system with Dell Software. I think this page offers me the files ( http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/ServiceTag/45H973J ).
When I select as operating system 2008 64 the choice is still too big. What software do I need to prepare my Poweredge for Windows 2011.

Although not necessary, you "can" use the OpenManage software to help you install the OS.  You will need the SMTD (Systems Management Tools and Documentation) DVD:

http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/555/DriverDetails/Product/poweredge-2950?driverId=CMY20&osCode=WS8R2&fileId=3289202330&languageCode=EN&categoryId=SZ

You can also install directly from the OS DVD, and the PERC drivers will be "native" to Windows, BUT you MUST configure RAID in the CTRL-R utility before attempting to install or no drives will be seen.

Wow that seems to save me a lot of work... or does that Open Manage software offer something the OS-disk does not?

And can I add another question (tell me if I need to open another question for it). Do I install the remote access before I install the OS or afterwards? I can connect it to my hub, but that is now still controlled by my current 2003 SBS servers' dhcp.
Your help has saved me hundreds of hours of internet surfing.

That is great and enough for me now to get going. I'll put the Drac-question in a new thread.
