Why is my page's request for a .jpg being redireted?

I am trying to show a still image that updates when the page is refreshed.  http://files.krishna.com/webcams/newgoloka/camera.jpg shows fine in the Wordpress editor and fine in it's own brower tab. But not when viewed from: http://newgoloka.atourcity.com/wp/?page_id=438

Looking in the developer tools, I see that the GET request is returning a 302 Found, redirecting it to a webpage.

Ok, I'll have to contact them. They do have a lot of original artwork on the site--so I can see that they might redirect.
