Hide iframe scrollbar in IE

Hello,
I tried all solutions mentioned her, but I cannot get the vertical scroll-bar to disappear in IE and Chrome.
http://mytestweb.us/iframe.html .
Inserted scrolling:"no" into the iframe, applied various versions of overflow: hidden to body, iframe or form div (tried without form div too, also instead of hidden auto).

Interesting: this sample has a form within the iframe. When I use a different url in the iframe, no scroll-bar shows.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks!

for me using this code works fine in IE and Chrome .. the scroll bar iframe is not visible:

<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">
<title>Untitled Document</title>
<style type="text/css">
<!--
iframe {
}
body {
	overflow: auto;
}
#form {
	overflow: hidden;
}
-->
</style>
</head>

<body>
<p><iframe src="http://mytestweb.us/forms2/form.php" style=" overflow:hidden;width: 165px; height: 370px;" scrolling="no"></iframe></p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>

</body></html>
