I assume you are switching from an iOS portable device to an Android portable device? I did this a few years ago, but my options may not be the best options NOW, considering that both Android and iOS have significantly evolved since then. Also I was fortunate enough to be doing mine for work, and they provided an email/calendar/contacts  application for Android that syncs to Outlook perfectly, called TouchDown. There is also a TouchDown version for iOS, so theoretically if money is no option you could buy this for droid and apple and have an Outlook PC and keep all three in sync at all times.

One option is to use a PC that has the iCloud sync on it and Outlook and sync the PC with iCloud so that Outlook has all of the info. Then I believe there is an option in on Google calendar to import from Outlook. For contacts another option is to just export the contacts out of your iOS device or possibly the iCloud web site has some way to export as VCF files and you could import those to the Android contacts app via Google Drive or just using an SD card to copy it over. For email I don't think there is going to be a good way other than finding the most important ones and forwarding them to the gmail account. I don't think gmail will import from Outlook or anything like that. For browser links, you should be able to export from your iOS browser to HTML if nothing else and then import to Chrome or whatever your preference is on Android. There may be some other options for you depending on what vendor and model of device you are using fro Android. For example, Samsung Kies can be used to do sync features and may be able to do a better job of reading Outlook (or not, I haven't had the need to use it).
