I am looking for a list of AS numbers by State or region.  Either the companies main office (State) or where the AS route resides (ISP)

Here's a very long list AS numbers assignments: http://bgp.potaroo.net/cidr/autnums.html .  Over 65,535 of them.  But I don't think you're going to find them by state or region because they don't appear to be assigned that way.  And some are in other countries too.

Comcast 'owns' 48 of them but at least 5 of them trace back to Comcast Cable Communications Holdings, Inc in New Jersey.  They are not unique.  And according to that list, not all are in use.

I got that list as well and agree there is no breakdown to see regions.  I emailed ARIN and will see if they have something.
