Exchange 2013 cannot connect from Outlook

I just started to migrate from Exchange 2007 to 2013. I moved one account and tested with owa. I was able to send and receive. I then move one mailbox. I cannot connect to Exchange with Outlook.  I get an error message:

There is a problem with the proxy server's security certificate.
The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the target site mail.domain.com.

Outlook is unable to connect to the proxy server. (Error Code 10)

Mail.domain.com now points to the 2013 server.

A screen then comes up with the security alert. When I view the certificate, it shows it was issued by the old server and it was issued to remote.domain.com

I need to get the certificate on the new server. These are self assigned certificates.

This mailbox that was moved can access email in OWA but cannot send. I can send from the first mailbox I moved.
