Hiring someone to manage Social Media

I am interested in hiring someone to handle all of my Social Media:
- Facebook
- Twitter
- Pinterest
- Google+
- About.me
- YouTube
- Instagram
- LinkedIn

With the exception of Facebook and (maybe) YouTube, it looks like my only option is to give the person I hire all of my logins and passwords.

Which means if he or she really wanted to, they could then change the passwords and lock me out of my own accounts.

What is the standard practice for hiring someone to handle all of your social media?

Facebook lets you assign 'managers' to your Facebook account while still maintaining admin control over the account.

I looked into social media management tools (like HootSuite). With HootSuite, I log in and manually add all of my social media accounts, and then I give someone access to HootSuite. As long as they log into HootSuite they do not need my social media logins. The problem with HootSuite is that it does not work with all of the Social Media accounts I listed above.

Surely there is a solution to this. I'm just not seeing it.
I want to hire someone to manage my social media without giving them the one and only admin login.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can hire me if I can work remotely.

I would look into Buffer www.bufferapp.com and Gremln at www.gremln.com for some of the social media you mention. There is not one single site or application that I am aware of that will do all social media in a proxy relationship. If trust is your issue then you may have to craft a contract stating what legal actions you will be taking against them if they change your credentials and lock you out. Good luck with your search. If you have more questions I will try to answer them.
