Hello Experts,

I am looking for a good antivirus solution for Windows Storage Server 2008 R2.

Does anyone have experience with this and suggest a good solution? Will a managed solution work (Server updates then clients pull updates from server) in a non-domain environment?

Will Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Storage work here?

Thanks

We use Symantec Endpoint Protection for a client's storage server as well as their other servers.

It works well, and properly set up, is low on resources. No virus outbreaks with it running. Cost is reasonable and in line with other commercial products.

By the way, in a non-domain environment, you can still run SEP managed and so long as clients are connected they will get updates.

The environment I have above is a domain environment.
