Hi Expert,

I've configured zabbix in ubuntu 12.04.Now it's working fine.
now i'm trying to take backup and restore backup in new zabbix machine.i've restored backup in new zabbix system.and when i was logging in browser than i've got below error.

    * Error in query [SELECT DISTINCT t.triggerid,t.value,t.lastchange,t.priority,t.value_flags,t.description,t.error, t.expression,hg.groupid FROM triggers t,functions f,items i,hosts_groups hg WHERE hg.hostid=i.hostid AND f.triggerid=t.triggerid AND f.itemid=i.itemid AND hg.groupid IN ('2','4') AND NOT EXISTS (SELECT NULL FROM functions f,items i,hosts h WHERE t.triggerid=f.triggerid AND f.itemid=i.itemid AND i.hostid=h.hostid AND (i.status<>0 OR h.status<>0)) AND t.status=0 AND t.value='1' AND t.flags IN ('0','4') ORDER BY lastchange DESC,t.lastchange DESC] [Unknown column 't.value_flags' in 'field list']

 * Error in query [SELECT e.* FROM events e JOIN (SELECT max(eventid) as lasteventid FROM events e WHERE 1=0 AND e.objectid BETWEEN 000000000000000 AND 099999999999999 AND e.object=0 AND e.value_changed=1 GROUP BY e.objectid) ee ON e.eventid=ee.lasteventid] [Unknown column 'e.value_changed' in 'where clause']

Please suggest, what can we do in this situation.

Are they running the same version of zabbix? How do you take a backup and restore?

This is an indication of database column mismatch. Without knowing the db structure, it is difficult to pin point issue. I would suggest opening a case with Zabbix and submit a dump of the db to them.
