Open source application inventory database with LDAP integration

I am looking for an open source application that can catolog applications that staff have access to and has an LDAP integration with active directory based on user name or email.

The problem:
I need to be able to provide a list semi-annually for all web based applications that staff have access to.  This does not mean for the software already installed on a user's PC but would be an inventory database where an inventory can be maintained for particular web based applications and all the staff that have access to this application.

This database would then would have an ldap intergration to active directory so a list could be produced that would include all of the web based software stored in the yet undiscovered inventory database.

Does anyone have a recommendation of an open source solution that could accomplish this?
Thanks,
Roger

I have posted the option for the web based interface to ldap which can be possibly tried out. Pls consider it instead of deletion of question.

ASKER

The information I am trying to capture includes not only from active directory but also from web based applications that staff have access to, such as Basecamp, Sharefile, Box, etc.  The intent is to be able to produce a report that can pull from these web based applications to provide a complete picture regarding all access that is tied to a specific user.
Why not just use azure AD premium to actually control the access to the other sites?
