Mysterious Directory on Web Server

I found a wierd directory structure on my web server.  Picture attached.  Could this be malicious or is it likely something that was put there by the web host?

Is this a new install?  
What version of ASP.NET did you install?  
What version if IIS do you have?
Did you install anything that may have came with ASP.NET?

What is the create date on the folders?
