Outlook 2007 can not see Exchange server 2013

When I run the user config in outlook it goes thru the first two steps and then give me an error that it cannot see Exchange 2013 server and outlook must be online.  Thanks

Can you provide screen shots?  Also can you ping the exchange server by hostname and IP?

You need to download and install 2007 Office system cumulative update for December 2012 as shown in the link below.

Had to create a new cert and install it on the workstations to make outlook see the exchange server.
