all my contacts, I want to see offline

I want to export my android contacts to a text file or xml file

so I can view offline and search

If you have is synced to a gmail account.  You can log into gmail, select contacts and export them to CSV which is an excel sheet.  If you have it tied to exchange you can do this from outlook.
