I am trying to publish a new newsletter, just for information.  In order to be as professional as possible, I would like to enquire if there are anything out there giving how the design of the newsletter should be, or have, like Masthead, and a column giving the purpose, names of publishers, etc., and also the numbering sequence of the newsletters.  Thank u.
