In need of a CRM, ticketing, and invoicing software

Hello, I am looking for a better way to manage my customers tickets and some sort of way to invoice them... I have been using outlook for years and creating my own invoices but this is way to time consuming ,,,, I have been looking into repair shopr and mhelp desk but the cost of these services are a bit high ... I looked into spice works but it doesn't allow me to setup multiple customers .... any suggestions on a good service or software that does these functions affordable

I have used WHMCS in this function. It's built for hosting companies, however the many modules they have available do allow for time tracking and billing purposes as well. It's reasonably priced and provides a customer portal for your customers to use as well. You can find at http://whmcs.com. Hope this works for you.

Thank SYNR75 when you were using it did you have to purchase any of the add ons  or could you use it with your IT support company as is out of the box....It looks like its setup to manage a web service business but I see how I could use to for IT related support issues .....

I was able to use it out of the box. That being said, I did purchase some modules for other integrations, however I didn't find it necessary.

Being able to have a portal where customers can login and pay via various methods, including AmazonPayments, PayPal, credit cards and more makes it extremely convenient for customers, not to mention yourself as well.

I started out using Quickbooks for everything, but found that time consuming and cumbersome to continue moving forward. WHMCS made things a bit more automated as you can setup certain things for automation, especially the invoicing/billing side for recurring support.
