Hi experts,

I have a Window surf Pro running Windows 8.1 OS.

I installed the Windows citrix receiver client on the tablet and I am able to successfully connect to the Citrix Desktop.

However, I am not able to see or browser to the Local C: on the tablet machine from the Citrix session.

Any thoughts ?

I am running Citrix XenApp 6.0

Can you do it from a non surface device first of all?

Which version of the Citrix receiver are you using?

Does the same version of receiver work on a non-8.1 device?

I was able to fix this issue. The user had installed the Citrix receiver application from the Windows market place and this was conflicting with the regular Windows Citrix receiver.
