MAC Outlook Connectivity Issues

I have a client with a MAC and SBS 2011 and it is having connectivity issues every week, it will work ok during the week remotely and internally and when I take it home for the week and work on it, it is fine, however when I bring it back to the office it will not connect.

What will it not connect to? Network, Outlook, Domain?

If it's just Outlook, it's changing the RPC/HTTPs connection.

It has issues connecting to Exchange frequently. Whether its internally or externally.

Can you please advise what the RPC/HTTPS settings are at present on the network.

And settings on the mac please...  (Hide just the domain name part if you can please).
