Recommendation on POS Software for Retail

Hi;

I am seeking recommendations on a good POS Software which is more user friendly and provides better reporting and customisation that the CAP POS. It cannot be web based and must be available for purchase by persons outside of US.

Can anyone make a suggestion.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi;

A Blackberry Curve 9300 with OS 6 is giving a page is too large error. The owner is from the UK and th eprimary carrier is Vodaphone-so he usually uses it in Europe. He is presently in the Caribbean and has begun having this message.

Any ideas and suggestions?

I need to add that there is adequate memory on the phone.

Hi Mavcom,

This seems to be a resources problem with the phone, if the owner has his phone upgraded recently to a new OS then the problem might be with no enough memory to load the page.

I don't think the message is related to a carrier or location. it's obviously a technical problem related to the phone it self .

A lot of complaining I can see on the web related to the same message, best suggestion is to get an alternative phone with suitable memory for the current web load.

Resolution
A BlackBerry smartphone with more physical memory will prevent this scenario from reoccurring.  As such, BlackBerry smartphone with BlackBerry 7 and 7.1 will not encounter this symptom.

Sorry I got confused. This question was supposed to be posted in a new question. But I got distracted and did not realise I was commenting on an existing question
