Microsoft alternative to VMware vSphere 5.5 Standard Acceleration Kit with Operations Management

Looking at the functionality of VMware vSphere 5.5 Standard Acceleration Kit with Operations Management:

http://www.vmsources.com/cart/index.php?route=product/product&path=59_61&product_id=54

What microsoft product is an alternative to this?  If I want to go all-Microsoft and I have 2 host machines, and I install Server 2012r2 on both machines and configure a cluster and then run hyper-v VM's, what do I need to duplicate the VSPhere features, especially Fault Tolerance:

"Provide continuous uninterrupted availability for applications with zero data loss in the event of server failures"

Is Microsoft System Center 2012 (Standard or Datacenter) what I am looking for?

Thanks.
