sheets editable to specific users only

folks

how do i allow sheet 2 and sheet 3 to be edited by specific users only? the other sheets can get edited by everyone?

A simple solution would be to protect sheet 2 and 3 and provide the users with the password.  The downside is that users would need to remember to protect the sheets after they have worked with them.  It is possible to write a few macros that would make this task a little easier.

You could look at the Allowing Users to Edit Ranges.  This does assume that the users are really just data entry team members and that they are not doing any development (i.e. formulas)
