Renewal Notification/Contact Management Software

HI All,
Just wondering has anyone ever come across anything like what I mentioned above. Basically, we are a small I.T Provider and manage renewals and subscriptions for approx. 200+ clients. Currently, we are doing this with calendar notifications and Vendor notifications and would like to centralize all of this, so just wondering if anyone has ever come across an application or web service that would fill this gap,

Haven't used it, but:

Also, seems as an IT provider you might just write one.  I guess that depends on how sophisticated it would need be.
