Unable to view contacts in Lync 2013

Hello

When connected outside of the office, directly on the internet, I am unable to view any contacts in Lync.

It shows no groups in the groups tab, and no contacts in the status tab.

If I connect using my iphone its all fine, as it is when in the office.  It did work ok some time ago but in the past couple of weeks it seems to have stopped working.

I just get an error message stating that it can't see outlook contacts

Any ideas?

Check your email address is same as the SIP address: ( the Lync (SIP) address via Lync control Panel,  Open Lync Control Panel > Click on Users > Find User> Double click on it and change the SIP address)

Check your PC time and see if is correct. then try again
