Best way to lock down mac on guest profile

Have an Imac that was set up with a guest profile for a hotel, now we are getting a pop up every few seconds saying we don't have permission to use any of the programs even on the admin profile. It is making the Imac unusable. Parental controls is turned off on both accounts.

I would also like to know if there is a software like deepfreeze or equivalent that is recommended by the Experts for use in this situation (guest pc at a hotel)

Restarting now after running Disk Utility- repair permissions.
The exact error message was
"You don't have permission to use the application - Teamviewer_desktop"
and
"You don't have permission to use the application - LogMeIn menubar"

We obviously were trying to install remote access software, and tried Both to avoid this error. Now we can't uninstall them.
Look under your user account in the system preferences.... under Startup Items .. delete all the LogMeIn and TeamViewer startup items.

To uninstall the LogMeIn or Teamviewer apps you need to have administrator permissions (which you should have) and both websites have step-by-step instructions on removing their applications.

The repair permissions did work and the guest profile no longer has pop-ups for the logmein menu bar. But it is still popping up on the admin side so I still have a problem even though I can use logmein to do remote work. Not sure if I should remove or keep?
