Hi,

Can you run a Test-ServiceHealth and a ExBPA report and let us know what you come up with? Have you tried rebooting the server? Did you install something new on that server? AV?

I read this somewhere:

Backup and delete the VirusScan registry key from HKey_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS.
Restart the Microsoft Exchange Active Directory Topology service.

Please do so with caution, having backed up your registry.
