Cant access microsoft products in citrix with I/E 11

We just added I/E 11 to a desktop but once connected with Citrix when trying to access any Microsoft products, none of them will load. A box opens with what looks like some type of registry looking box but the app wont open. If I do it with I/E 10, all works fine...
Any ideas?

IE 11 is causing a number of compatibility issues and not just with Citrix. Revert back to IE 10 and your problems will be solved - give the industry a little time to catch up with Microsoft's latest browser - or time for Microsoft to fix it to make it more compatible.
