Cisco Proxy Phone no longer works with Cisco Linksys E1200

I have an internal customer who purchased a Cisco Linksys E1200 router to replace his old one and now his Cisco Proxy Phone can not regisister to the the Call Manager (via ASA).  
I suspect some default security setting is messing this up.  Anyone know what all needs to be permitted outbound for this to work?

Is the router behind the ASA?  Have they opened the required ports on the router to allow the communication?

I would assume some port forwarding would be required as well.

I sent out a new proxy phone and this resolved the issue.  Not sure why the old one stopped working when moved from one office to the new one.
